Whetstone Habitat is dedicated to enhancing and preserving natural habitats through expert land management and innovative conservation and hunting strategies. We specialize in creating properties that support bigger deer, more turkeys, and healthier wildlife populations while increasing long-term land value.
As a licensed real estate agent in Tennessee with Tutt Land Company, I provide end-to-end support: locating undervalued tracts with strong habitat potential, evaluating properties through a wildlife biologist’s lens, implementing targeted improvements, and positioning land for future sale or legacy building.
About Our Founder:
Zack Vucurevich is a certified wildlife biologist with a degree in wildlife and fisheries management from West Virginia University. With years of hands-on experience as a habitat consultant and a frequently published outdoor writer, Zack brings scientific expertise and practical insight to every project.
He works with nature using controlled disturbances, timber stand improvements, invasive species control, food plots, and prescribed fire to build thriving habitats. As a licensed Tennessee land agent, Zack now extends that same knowledge to the full property lifecycle — helping clients find the right land, improve its habitat and hunting potential, and maximize its ecological and market value.
